FINANCIALLY
Above all else, we are working to raise money for Warriors and Quiet Waters. For this purpose, we are asking for anyone looking to donate funds to donate directly through WQW. In order to recognize your generous donations, we are offering three levels of donation that will be reflected at the competition:
WARRIOR SPONSOR – $1000
Your Logo/Name will be large on Event Shirt and team photo banner on site of competition, you may include item(s) in athlete check-in bags, and announcement of sponsorship on social media and throughout event day.
PATRIOT SPONSOR – $600
Your Logo/Name will be on Event Shirt, you may include item(s) in athlete check-in bags, and announcement of sponsorship on social media and throughout event day.
Event SPONSOR – $300
Your name will be on Event Shirt, you may include item(s) in athlete check-in bags, and announcement of sponsorship on social media.
Anyone looking to donate to Warriors and Quiet Waters without recognition or in a different monetary amount is encouraged to do so as well. No money raised for this incredible organization is unwelcome.

These amounts are all tax deductible through WQW and checks will be made out directly to them!

We are seeking and accepting items to be raffled. If you would like to donate goods or services for this, please contact us with your generous donation. We are open to any and all genres of donations.
VOLUNTEER
We are seeking volunteers of all kinds to help with this event. This is a big undertaking and will create immense, lasting benefits for our community. Don’t be shy! Here is how you can help:
CrossFit Judges – We are seeking individuals generally familiar with CrossFit movement standards to help ensure the validity of the competition’s results.
Parking Attendants – There will be hundreds of vehicles coming and going throughout the day, so we need individuals interested in keeping the order while we all work to show our gratitude.
Setup/Teardown Labor – This event is a large undertaking that will require lots of people to help set up and tear it all down. More details for this job will be given on the day of the event.
